Welcome to Kevechino (referred to herein as “we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Company”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, kevechino.com (the “Site”), as well as your purchase, access, and use of all digital products and services (collectively, the “Services”) made available by us.

By accessing or using the Site or any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to access or use our Services.

1. Scope of Services

Kevechino provides digital products and downloadable content intended for personal productivity, creativity, and aesthetic use. These include, but are not limited to:

• Notion templates and systems

• Digital wallpapers for mobile, desktop, tablet, smartwatch, and other devices

• Productivity tools, databases, and frameworks

• Aesthetic packs, file assets, and downloadable digital content

All products are provided as digital-only. No physical goods are sold. The Services may expand or evolve at our sole discretion.

2. Eligibility and Permitted Use

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. You agree to use our Services solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms and applicable laws.

You may not:

• Use the Services in a way that violates intellectual property or contractual rights

• Disrupt, interfere with, or harm the functionality of the Site or Services

• Use our products to build derivative tools or for resale, distribution, or public reproduction

• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with Kevechino or any third party

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms.

3. Licensing Terms

All products purchased through Kevechino are licensed, not sold. Unless explicitly granted otherwise in writing, every purchase is subject to a Personal Use License.

Personal License

A Personal License allows you to:

• Use the product across your own personal devices

• Customize or modify the product for your own private use

• Incorporate it into your own workflows or systems as an individual user

You may not:

• Share, resell, sublicense, or distribute the product

• Modify and repackage any part of the product for sale or public use

• Use the product in work for clients, agencies, or organizations

• Claim authorship or ownership over the product, design, or system

This license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable at our discretion.

Commercial License

Kevechino does not currently offer commercial licenses by default. In the future, we may offer custom, commercial, or exclusive licensing options for select products or clients. These will only apply if explicitly agreed upon in writing.

If you are interested in a commercial or client-facing use case, you must obtain prior written permission from us. Otherwise, all products remain restricted to personal use.

4. Anti-Piracy and Copyright Enforcement

All content offered through Kevechino is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are expressly prohibited from:

• Uploading Kevechino products to public forums, drives, or marketplaces

• Reselling or redistributing our files or products through any platform or medium

• Reverse engineering, duplicating, or cloning the design, structure, or assets for resale or public use

• Using Kevechino products as “inspiration” to build derivative commercial works

We actively monitor known piracy networks and will pursue violations using DMCA takedowns, legal remedies, and digital tracking technologies.

5. Purchase, Payments, and Delivery

All transactions are processed through Gumroad, our authorized payment and delivery provider. Payment methods may include credit or debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other methods supported by Gumroad.

Upon successful purchase:

• You will receive immediate or emailed access to your files

• Files will be downloadable in their original format as delivered

• You are responsible for saving and securing your download

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud, abuse, or Terms violations are suspected.

6. Refund and Dispute Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital products, which can be duplicated, stored, and redistributed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations once a purchase is completed.

Kevechino does not handle refund processing, disputes, or chargebacks directly. These matters are managed by Gumroad according to their payment processor policies.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All Site content, products, and related materials are the intellectual property of Kevechino and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

This includes but is not limited to:

• All Notion-based frameworks and template systems

• Digital designs, visuals, text, product copy, and layout structure

• Icons, logos, and brand assets

• Any custom-built productivity tools or downloads

• Any and all digital products, including but not limited to Notion templates, digital wallpapers, printables, and the likes.

• Any and all written content including but not limited to: blog posts, newsletters, story excerpts,

Purchasing a product does not transfer any copyright or ownership. Your use of any product is subject to the license granted and may be revoked if you violate these Terms.

8. Updates, Modifications, and Versioning

Kevechino may update products, licensing terms, or these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.

We will not retroactively apply changes to products you already own unless those changes pertain to legal compliance or security. Continued use of the Site and Services after such updates implies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Use of Third-Party Services

To deliver our Services, Kevechino relies on integrations with third-party providers, including:

• Gumroad for payments, licensing, and delivery

• Google Analytics for user behavior insights

• Email services for marketing updates and transactional messages

Your data may be shared with these providers only as needed to fulfill transactions or communications. Each provider operates under its own Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kevechino shall not be held liable for:

• Technical failures, compatibility issues, or access delays

• Unauthorized access to your information through third-party tools

• Any use of our Services that violates these Terms or applicable laws

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising from or related to them shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings shall take place exclusively in Philippine courts.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remainder of the Terms shall remain valid, enforceable, and in effect.
